As a result of using this site, and/or purchasing any of the services or products offered here, you agree to these terms. If, for any reason, you do not agree to these terms, and our Privacy Policy, you are instructed to leave the site.

Having agreed to these terms, you are at least 18 years of age, or the appropriate age of consent in your area of residency. You understand that there may be imagery and/or textual content that may be offensive to some, and pertain to the Adult Industry. If in fact you negotiate the sale of the copyright ownership of such materials, your purchase contract will include the details of your arrangement. Contracts should be kept on file during your continued use of such products.

Use of our Designs
When you purchase a design, or web package from this site, you agree to use it (and all it’s components) on ONE site. Licenses to use your purchased design on additional sites can be purchased for an additional fee, unless stated otherwise in a contractual agreement between yourself and TawnyGirlGrafix.com. You will not offer the products purchased from this site for download, or distribute them in any other way. You will not alter (aka “rip” or “hack”) our designs and claim them as your own. You will not use any of the components of our designs with any other design. All of our designs include a link back to this site, with the sole exception of our Fully Customized WP Theme Packages, and you agree to leave that link in tact. Removal of the link back to this site is only allowable once you’ve purchased the right to do so.
Exclusive WP Themes Vs. Non-Exclusive WP Themes
You understand that the “Exclusive” WordPress themes offered on this site will be sold only once, and that by purchasing them, your site has sole permission to use that theme. You understand that we will continue to display a screen shot of your purchased Exclusive WP theme as an example of our work, but it will no longer be for sale. You may opt to remain anonymous as the purchaser, or you may opt to allow us to list you as the purchaser, thereby providing a link to your site as a functional example of our design at work.
You understand that the “Non-Exclusive” themes may have been purchased by others previously, and will remain for sale after you’ve purchased them. You may opt to remain anonymous as a purchaser, or you may opt to allow us to list you as the purchaser thereby providing a link to your site as a functional example of our design at work.
You agree to leave the referring link back to www.TawnyGirlGrafix.com on all Exclusive and Non-Exclusive WP themes purchased on this site. You may purchase the right to remove this link at an additional cost.
Fully Customized WP Themes/Sites
When you contract with www.TawnyGirlGrafix.com to design a fully customized WP Theme/Site, you agree to provide only content that you own the right to display via copyright or license. You agree to provide proof of such licenses when you provide the content to us for use in designing your product. If such content is of an Adult nature, you will also provide documentation required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 (model release and D.O.B. identification). www.TawnyGirlGrafix.com will not use any content in your design lacking the proper documentation as described above. All of the content created for you by www.TawnyGirlGrafix.com is our original work. Elements used to create your design are either created by us, or have been licensed by us for commercial use.
We reserve the right to change these Terms as we see fit.
